The food and service provided for my husband and our families was beyond amazing!

Through the entire planning process PigSpit was able to provide such detailed information and answer every little question I had!

Since we are American and had our 40 guest flying in from the states, everyone had some pretty high expectations, which were met in every way!!!

The food was PHENOMENAL and the service even better. Every guest left saying it was the best meal they have ever had at a wedding, and the price was unbeatable.

I am writing to say a huge thanks to Natalie, Marie, Tomo, Mark, Linda, Keelin, Emma, Lauren and all the crew at Pigspit.ie for the fantastic feast and exceptional service they provided for our tipi garden wedding for 120 guests.

I cannot recommend you highly enough. All our guests were, and still are raving about the delicious food but what really made you guys stand out on the day was your level of service and care and attention to detail – you really blew us all away!

The whole day was operated and managed so professionally that we had no worries at all on the day and the staff went above and beyond their duties even helping to move chairs and benches around after our ceremony.

The pig on the spit was a real talking point and Tomo and the crew were so accommodating and friendly, chatting and having the craic with our guests and the meal they served up was simply fantastic.

We’ve had so many compliments back about the food – most saying it was the best wedding food they ever had!! Keep up the good work guys – we’ll defo be hiring you again :)))

I just cannot say enough about how happy I was with the whole experience, absolutely brilliant.

I cannot speak highly enough of the night. Unfortunately I forgot to ask the names of the two people who came out. They were brilliant in everything. The setting up, the serving the cleaning up, talking to people.

It was a fantastic experience and I will be shouting your name from the rooftops. I also have a cousin that caters weddings and I will be making sure that she has your name for anyone looking for after wedding parties.

A quick email to say thank you to all in Pigspit for a job well done on Saturday. Paddy and his two assistants  were excellent, arrived bang on time and had the food ready to go just when needed. They managed to feed everyone in a very efficient manner.  The food was very good and was complimented by all the guests.

Paddy and his team cleaned up all very quickly after everyone had eaten and slipped away without anyone noticing.

Thank You Natalie, Jonathan and all at Pigspit for a wonderful day. We had a wonderful day and your crew were real stars. There was nothing they couldnt do for us, from letting us use the burco, to offering us the fridge in your van to keep drinks cool during the day These were just some of the small things that set pigspit ahead of other outfits in our opinion. All our friends were well impressed with your food quality, organised manner when serving, and general friendliness overall. Our wedding was a very informal one and many of our guests enjoyed having a chat with your guys between courses (we had a 5 course dinner service with buffet for main course – plates piled high). Small things like these are what made our wedding a success. There was no shortage of food either Plenty for everyone. Many of our guests enjoyed seconds, and I know of one “little guy” who even went up for a 3rd refill lol We had a hidden singer dressed as a chef at our event. Ye even allowed him to serve up food with your crew. This was a real surprise for everyone, as everybody thought he was actually with your outfit. Lots of our friends have already been making inquiries as to who ye are and based and we are promoting ye as best we can, as we found ye flawless. From myself and Joanna (and all our guests), thank you very much for making our day great PS – I myself am a vegetarian, as were a few of our guests. I hate having the usual melon slice slapped up on a plate followed by the typical pasta or tasteless rice risotto. Pigspit gave us plenty of options, and we enjoyed them all. I was impressed with the quality of the vegetarian options we had on the day.

Three years in a row – and a hatrick in terms of quality and service. The food is exceptional, particularly the pig on a spit. The staff are all lovely, especially Marie and Paddy. Thanks again to all the team.

Booking was so simple and any requests I made on top of the set menus was no problem at all to them. The super team arrived on time, set up without any fuss and before we knew it there was a fabulous feast ready for everyone.

We had Jonathan, Paudie and co. cater for our wedding in Cavan last June. Highly recommend! Delicious and food and lots of it. Highly recommend the evening barbecue too. Our guests couldn’t resist, even though they were still stuffed from the hog roast. Paudie worked his socks off from morning ’til late, so professional and friendly, the PigSpit crew were a huge part of our day. Thanks guys!

Big thank you for the BBQ we had on the 20th of August in Co Fermanagh this year. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. Really easy to book and great communication from start to finish. They arrived on time and then set up on their own with no problems at all. They provided their own cutlery and were really professional. Everyone complemented on the food and I would highly recommend them. If I am ever having a big BBQ event again I wouldn’t hesitate to call Jonathan. They are by far the most competitive and professional company I came across for any BBQ event. Best of luck in the future and thank you again.

Looks fab….and I would like to highly recommend Pigspit….they did a wonderful pig on a spit and salads for a family get together in our back garden in June, the pig/stuffing/crackling were unbelievable gorgeous, staff Marie and James so professional and friendly, brought delph plates, cutlery, serviettes, served, cleared away and we had enough to feed the family the following day, even arranged for the rain to keep away for the afternoon.
